Diann Wong
Office Manager
A calm, patient demeanor characterizes Dianne, who joined Dr. Kepic’s staff in Spring, 2009, yet she exudes excitement about the responsibilities of her position. Diane’s capability in coordinating office procedures and policies reflects her 27 years in dental management. Especially interested in patient feedback, she is always looking for ways to enhance patients’ positive contact with the office. Another goal is to establish an atmosphere of staff-team cohesion. Outside the office, she, her husband, athletic son (baseball), and daughter (volley ball) especially love to camp.

Carol Wilcox
Registered Dental Assistant and Implant Treatment Coordinator
There seems to be a kind of aura of warmth and competence surrounding Carol, along with delight in her work that cannot be missed by anyone who meets her. Throughout the 30 years of shifting ancillary staff, Carol has been the guiding star of Dr. Kepic’s standards and ideals of practice, which she holds in high esteem.
She credits her training at Chaffey College’s dental assistant program for her core work values, which are based on respect for the dentist and respect for the patients. She holds dear the warm personal rapport she has fostered with so many patients over the years.
As Implant Treatment Coordinator, Carol is articulate and knowledgeable about all phases of Dr. Kepic’s implant program. She is available to speak at general dental offices or other venues, using professional dentition-implant models and vivid demonstration charts. She often explains technical details of implantology to individuals by phone or at the office, and her voice will soothe you when she calls before your implant surgery. |

Jessica Luong
Registered Dental Hygienist
Since graduating with a B.S. in dental hygiene from USC, Jessica has spent 23 years working for Dr. Kepic. Jessica’s hallmarks are her reliability, consistent efficiency, and multiple capabilities. Her nature is caring and calm, but she laughs easily. Jessica draws praise for her initiative-driven work style; if she’s not with a patient she offers her services elsewhere in the office. Jessica has sustained many wonderfully long-term relationships with patients, which she cherishes, along with Dr. Kepic’s confidence in her. Jessica’s home world centers on a husband (whom she assists in mortgage brokering), two fine sons, and an orchid garden. She also enjoys ballroom dancing.

Sean Lopez
Registered Dental Hygienist
In Spring, 2007, Sean joined the staff and says “I love it so far!” Having graduated with a B.S. in Health Science from CSU San Bernardino, she continued studies at San Joaquin Valley College to become a registered dental hygienist. Although Sean is warm-hearted and easy-going personally, she is very eager to learn as much as possible about her field. She appreciates Dr. Kepic’s teaching sessions on cases. An avid golfer, Sean also cherishes time with her nieces, nephews, and godchild.

Senovita Lopez
Registered Dental Hygienist
Earning her Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene at USC, Senovita was so exceptional that she was asked to become a clinical instructor in the USC Department of Dental Hygiene. Her mentors have lauded her excellent “chair-side presence.” Brightly enthusiastic about her work and the patient-clinician bond, she says that she’s found her perfect niche. One of Periodontics’ greater interests for Senovita is the connection between periodontal and systemic conditions. A son, 9, and a daughter, 5, amuse and amaze her with their ability to pick up things around them; “they are true sponges,” she says.

Lupe Escobar
Registered Dental Assistant
Lupe’s steady, completely professional, surgical assistance alongside Dr. Kepic draws the admiration of patients and staff alike. The highest possible accolade is that she has earned Dr. Kepic’s trust to assist him in complex cases. A trained dental assistant for more than 28 years, Lupe has been with Dr. Kepic’s team since February, 2004.
Lupe’s hands command intricacy both at work and in the exquisitely detailed Brazilian embroidery and beading projects she creates, which have won ribbons at the Los Angeles County Fair. One patient said of Lupe, “she seems to have a peaceful elegant soul.”

Joy Smith
Registered Dental Assistant
A Summer 2006 newcomer to the staff, Joy is also relatively new to Southern California (her family moved here from Pennsylvania in 2003). After 25 years experience in handling a dental-front office, she returned to Chaffey College to be recertified for back office duties. Her interest in dental implants drew her to Dr. Kepic’s widely respected practice in implantology; currently, she performs follow-up care for implant patients in conjunction with Dr. Kepic. Joy’s name well describes her nature.

Martha Morales
Registered Dental Assistant
With an A.A. degree from Chaffey Community College in Science, Martha has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 1978 and has worked in Periodontics for 25 years. She came to Dr. Kepic with a rare recommendation from a former dentist-employer: that she was the best assistant he had ever had. She loves her work in Dr. Kepic’s always-active office, where she is valued as a hard worker and solid team member. A revealing anecdote she tells is that when traveling in England, a group of women complimented the bubbly quality of her laugh, something she had heard before and has since. Her personal interests include crewel work, embroidery, and needlepoint.
